Rubber shower mat?

I just want to know how many people actually still rubber mats shower in a bathtub or a shower? .. I started using them because no matter what brand I bought is filled with mold and I Skeeve not rubber mats for me to clean up old bath towel on the door .. Do you use a shower pan without Matt??

I do not need in my house ... but I remember that I a friend's house and told me where to place the mat in the bottom of the tub, but I ended up forgetting to do and I was about to slide down my face, which died, but with my staff in place, how would that be sad ... so I guess some people are slippery tubs that require the carpet ...
